Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
• Referrer: a player who refers another (e.g. their friends, family and acquaintances).
• Referee: a player who is referred by another.
2. Prize Draws and Entry
At any one time, we may run two distinct prize draws:
• Referrer prize draw: each qualified referee registration will earn the referrer a distinct entry into the referrer prize draw active at the time of qualification.
• Referee prize draw: each qualified referee registration will earn the referee a single entry into the referee prize draw active at the time of qualification.
3. Qualification
Our prize draws are open to all participants, with no specific restrictions on age or residency.
A registration becomes qualified at the point a referee completes their fifth quiz, having entered a valid referral code when prompted at registration. Our server must register these completions, so the referee will be required to be online.
A
valid referral code is defined as an authentic code unique to a referrer, supplied by said referrer to a referee. This unique referral code can be obtained by the referrer from the referrer’s Settings page within the Quizified app, once the referrer is signed in.
Unless otherwise stated, prize draw periods will run successively, the start day for the next following one day after the end date of another. End dates for active and future quizzes may be announced on this website.
We reserve the rights to cancel an active prize draw at any time and to choose not to run future prize draws. We will communicate via this website should we decide to exercise these rights.
4. Currently Active Prize Draw Period
The period for the currently active prize draws begins at 00:00 BST on
October 1st, 2024 and ends at 23:59 BST on
October 30th, 2024.
5. Prizes
• Referrers: One £50 Amazon Gift Card.
• Referees: One £25 Amazon Gift Card.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received
during the prize draw period and notified within 28 days of the prize draw period ending from
hello@quizified.app.
Winners must claim their prizes by responding to the email within 14 days of notification. If a winner does not claim their prize within this time frame, an alternative winning entry may be selected at random.
7. Claiming the Prize
Prizes will be sent via email to the winner's provided email address as an Amazon Gift Card code.
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
8. Publicity
By participating in the prize draw, the winner agrees to the use of their name and/or likeness in any publicity material related to the prize draw. This includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, and website and newsletter announcements.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the
United Kingdom.
For any disputes or disagreements arising from these terms and conditions, our decision shall be final and binding.
10.Data Protection
Personal data collected for the purpose of the prize draw will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
