Welcome to Quizified! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our quiz application ("App") available on iOS and Android platforms. By accessing or using our App or Website or by using our referral scheme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the App or Website.
By downloading, installing, or using the App or Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App. This is to ensure compliance with various regulations, such as COPPA and GDPR, and to protect younger users.
You agree to use the App or Website only for lawful purposes. You will not use the App or Website to transmit any harmful or malicious content. You will not interfere with the proper working of the App or Website, its services, or any connected systems, including APIs and databases.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App or Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Upon signing up, all users will receive a short series of welcome emails containing important information and guidance about using the app. This is a service email and not subject to marketing opt-in.
All content and materials available on the App and Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Synergy Edge Solutions Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content or materials on the App or Website without our prior written consent.
You may be allowed to submit content, such as quiz questions or comments, to the App or Website. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute your submitted content in connection with the App and any other medium. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Usernames and league names must be appropriate and not offensive to others. Synergy Edge Solutions reserves the right to change any names that are flagged as inappropriate. Repeated violations of this rule may result in account suspension or banning. To report an inappropriate name, please email hello@quizified.app with the name and a brief explanation, and we will investigate.
Any rewards under the legacy rewards system, which ended on 1st May 2026, can no longer be collected or redeemed, regardless of the app version being used.
Physical gifts may require delivery details. If you qualify for a physical gift, we may contact you via the registered email address on your Quizified account, in-app, or by another suitable method to arrange fulfilment or request any required delivery details. If we request information from you and no response is received within 28 days of our request, the reward will be forfeited.
The referral mug reward is available only after a player reaches 20 valid referrals. Eligible players will receive fulfilment instructions, which may include an in-app voucher or promotional code, or we may contact them using their registered Quizified account details to arrange delivery. A valid referral must be a genuine new user who signs up using the player's referral code or link and meets any verification, account, activity, or eligibility checks we apply. Referrals may be reviewed at any time and may be removed from a player's referral count if we consider them invalid, fraudulent, duplicated, self-referrals, generated through automated or artificial activity, linked to abuse of the referral scheme, or otherwise in breach of these Terms. If referrals are removed and the player no longer has 20 valid referrals, the mug reward will not be issued.
The referral mug reward may be fulfilled either by sending a mug directly or by providing a voucher or promotional code for the cost of a mug plus standard second-class Royal Mail postage. Any voucher or promotional code may be used on the Quizified merchandise store at https://quizified.app/merch and may be applied towards any merchandise available on that store. Players may add other items to their order, but any cost above the value of the voucher or promotional code will be the player's responsibility. This includes any additional delivery costs for the player's delivery country, any international delivery costs, and any upgraded or alternative delivery service chosen above the standard delivery option we offer. We will decide, at our discretion, whether to send a mug directly or provide a voucher or promotional code. Players may tell us their preference if contacted, but preferences are not guaranteed. If a player has not received their reward, fulfilment instructions, or any communication from us within 7 days of their account showing 20 valid referrals, they should email hello@quizified.app from the email address registered to their Quizified account so we can review and arrange fulfilment.
Players who received physical merchandise, such as mugs or bottles, as a reward under the previous rewards system are not eligible to receive the same or equivalent physical merchandise under the new rewards system. This applies regardless of points earned or tier reached in the new system.
We reserve the right to disqualify a player from earning the referral mug or any other referral reward where we reasonably believe the player has attempted to manipulate, abuse, or misuse the referral scheme. Physical rewards are subject to availability, have no cash alternative, are limited to one reward of the same or equivalent type per eligible player unless stated otherwise, and may be substituted with a similar item where necessary.

The App and Website may offer in-app purchases for additional features or content. All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable.
The App may offer optional subscription-based services that grant access to additional features or content. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device platform.

The App and Website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App or Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synergy Edge Solutions Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App or Website.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the website. Your continued use of the App or Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
