These terms apply to all purchases of merchandise from the Quizified store. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@quizified.app before ordering.

Your order is fulfilled on our behalf by our print partner, Inkthreadable Limited. Inkthreadable prints and ships your order, but your contract is with us, not with them.
Each product is described on its product page, including materials, dimensions, and any care instructions. Product images are intended to be accurate but slight variation in colour, finish, and print position is normal for printed merchandise and is not a defect.
All items are printed to order. Production typically takes 3–7 working days before dispatch.
When you place an order through our store, you make an offer to buy the products at the prices shown. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email. At that point, a binding contract is formed between you and us.
We may decline an order - for example, if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot fulfil to your delivery address. If we decline, we'll refund any payment in full.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged on top of the displayed price. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
We accept payment by card via Stripe. Payment is taken at the time of order. Stripe processes payments on our behalf and is responsible for the security of card data; we never store your full card details.
If a pricing error is obvious (for example, an item displayed at £2 instead of £20), we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil at the incorrect price.
We deliver to a range of countries - supported destinations are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees. Most orders arrive within 2-5 working days of dispatch for UK addresses, but occasional delays happen and are usually outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided. Ownership passes to you when we have received full payment.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged - for example the box is crushed, torn, or clearly damaged - please refuse the delivery if possible. If you cannot refuse it, note the damage with the courier before signing and contact us at hello@quizified.app immediately with photos of the outer packaging.
If you provide an incorrect address at checkout and the parcel cannot be delivered, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. You'll need to pay the redelivery cost. If the parcel is returned to us and you no longer want the order, we'll refund the cost of the items but not the original delivery charge.
If you are a consumer (buying for personal use, not as a business), you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your items, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To cancel, email hello@quizified.app with your order number before the 14-day deadline. You can use the model cancellation form set out in Schedule 1, but you don't have to.
After cancelling, you have a further 14 days to return the items to us. We'll provide a returns address once your cancellation is acknowledged. You are responsible for the cost of return postage on change-of-mind returns.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with any tags or packaging intact. We may reduce the refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check them.
We'll refund the price of the goods and the cost of standard outbound delivery (where you cancel the whole order) within 14 days of receiving the returned items, to your original payment method.
This cancellation right does not apply to items that are made to your specification or clearly personalised - for example, items featuring your own name, league name, username, or other custom text you supplied at the point of order.

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage if return is required.
Important - damage discovered on opening: Our fulfilment partner requires damage in transit to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. If you open your parcel and find the item is damaged, please contact us at hello@quizified.app within 48 hours with photos of both the item and the packaging. Reports made after this window may limit our ability to claim with the courier and arrange a remedy.
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - including the short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of ownership, and the right to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that develop faults later - are not affected by anything in these terms.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@quizified.app as soon as possible, and no later than 60 days from dispatch, so we can investigate with the courier.
We may ask you to confirm your delivery address and check with your local sorting office or neighbours before we arrange a replacement.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We process your personal data (name, delivery address, email, order details) in order to fulfil your order. We share this data with our payment processor (Stripe) and our fulfilment partner (Inkthreadable) solely for that purpose. For full details of how we use your data, see our Privacy Policy.
The Quizified name, logo, designs, and all merchandise artwork are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, copy, or use our designs for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
If you have a complaint, contact us at hello@quizified.app and we'll try to resolve it promptly. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.
If we can't resolve a dispute between us, you may be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution service. As a UK consumer, you also retain your right to bring legal proceedings.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in force.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
