Welcome to Quizified! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our quiz application ("App") available on iOS and Android platforms. By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App. This is to ensure compliance with various regulations, such as COPPA and GDPR, and to protect younger users.

You may be allowed to submit content, such as quiz questions or comments, to the App. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute your submitted content in connection with the App. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Usernames and league names must be appropriate and not offensive to others. Synergy Edge Solutions reserves the right to change any names that are flagged as inappropriate. Repeated violations of this rule may result in account suspension or banning. To report an inappropriate name, please email hello@quizified.app with the name and a brief explanation, and we will investigate.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.
The App may offer in-app purchases for additional features or content. All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synergy Edge Solutions Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
